Deposit Process:
Investors begin by depositing funds into the smart contracts associated with their chosen application(s). Deposits can be made in various supported cryptocurrencies, and they are often required to interact with application features or to participate in yield-generating opportunities.
To deposit, investors navigate to the application's interface on the DEX terminal marketplace. After approving the token transfer, the funds are locked in the application's smart contract, and the investor receives application-specific tokens or shares representing their stake.
Rewards Accumulation:
Based on the application's parameters and performance, investors can earn rewards in the form of RAX tokens or other incentives. The reward mechanisms vary by application but often include yield farming, liquidity mining, or staking benefits.
Rewards are typically distributed periodically and can be claimed through the application interface. The protocol may also reinvest rewards automatically, depending on the investor's preferences and the application's settings.
Withdrawal Process:
When investors decide to exit an application or realize gains, they can initiate the withdrawal process. This may involve a waiting period or other conditions as determined by the smart contract's rules to ensure platform stability and prevent abuse.
Upon withdrawal, the application-specific tokens or shares are returned, and the equivalent value in the deposited cryptocurrency is unlocked from the smart contract. Investors receive their initial deposit plus any accrued rewards, completing the investment cycle.
